Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
